HX 620 from International Trucks

The name Bosco Pool & Spa is synonymous with quality when it comes to pool and spa installations in South Western Ontario. In speaking with Ryan Bossence, it was very clear that both Ryan and his business partner Jeff McCann want to be known for their unmatched quality in the pool and spa industry. Interestingly, the company name has a lot of personal significance – it was Ryan’s nickname growing up.

Both Jeff and Ryan are hands-on in their business – earning their customer’s trust is very important to them. They take pride in delivering on their promises. And, that is what drives their decision to buy International trucks from Altruck International Truck Centres. They like the fact that Altruck is a locally owned business that delivers on the promise of customer service excellence.

Jeff and Ryan have been in business for over 25 years and started with a used International tandem dump truck. They bought their first new tri-axle dump truck from Altruck in 1997 and followed that up with a brand new PayStar in 1998. Ryan and Jeff appreciate the fact these International trucks have served them well and boast the lowest downtime of any trucks in their fleet. They also appreciate that International trucks hold their value over long term. Today, they operate a successful Pool and Spa company and also serve as a For-Hire Carrier for other businesses that need their trucks.

International dump trucks have a heritage of being the toughest, most sought after severe duty diesel trucks ever built. So, it was a no-brainer when it came time to purchase the next truck for their company. Ryan called Altruck and was put in touch with Gene Boyer. Gene is one of our knowledgeable industry experts. Gene and Ryan discussed the new International HX Truck. HX is premium heavy-duty truck that puts business owners and drivers first. The HX Model has a bold and new design to go along with an upgraded interior. HX trucks are unmatched in quality and can cope with any job you throw at it. You can build your own HX Truck, here.

Gene is also very customer-focused and he states; “My philosophy is to work with customers to understand their business, long term vision and provide adaptive solutions that help them achieve results.”

Ryan was pleased with the effort Gene put in to “make the sale”. Ryan said, “while I love the International trucks and Cummins engines, Gene was the real difference maker, this time”. Ryan told us that he was impressed with Gene’s focus on his needs – “Gene managed to change the color of the truck at the 11th hour, just before the truck rolled off the production line at the Escobedo plant. Gene also helped customize a financing package from Kirby Financial for us”. Thanks Bosco Pool & Spa, We appreciate your business.

Ryan and Jeff said that one of the reason they chose the International HX truck is because of the vast dealer network that comes with the Altruck Group. It gives them peace of mind knowing that their local dealer is invested their uptime.

Both Bosco Pool & Spa and Altruck International Truck Centres have a history of successfully working together and we hold similar values and philosophy for doing business, and accomplishing excellent results for customers, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity and the importance of being there for our customers when they need us.

We would recommend that you call Bosco Pool & Spa if you are considering a new pool or a spa. You can rely on the same personal working relationships and high quality service that you have come to expect from Altruck
